Do I need to know about marketing?
No. That is the whole idea: do mkt without knowing mkt. You tell us about your business in a profile and a short interview. The AI researches, proposes and creates. You review and approve, in plain words.
Does the AI spend my money on its own?
No. Every campaign starts paused and only starts spending when you activate it. You can pause them whenever you want, and the AI Media Buyer automatically pauses the ads that spend without results.
What if I don't like what it creates?
It doesn't get published. Nothing goes out without your approval: you ask for changes and it gets reworked. And before anything reaches you, an AI CEO reviews the quality of every deliverable.
Is the ad budget included?
No. You pay the budget separately, directly to Meta, Google or TikTok, and you decide how much. The subscription covers your agency's work.
Which platforms does it work with?
Ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) from the Starter plan, and on Google Ads and TikTok Ads from Growth (coming soon). Sales pages on WordPress, emails with Brevo and payments with Mercado Pago. It works by market (country), in Spanish or English.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is a monthly or yearly subscription, with no upfront payment. If you cancel, the next period does not renew.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It is not deleted. If you come back to a plan, you pick up where you left off. And if you would rather we delete it, you can disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your information whenever you want.
Does the AI guarantee sales?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. What it does is work with a method: it researches, creates, measures and tells you what to do next, so each campaign learns from the one before.
